In collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, The Macallan presents the third edition of The Harmony Collection, showcasing a creative fusion of curiosity, respect, and admiration for the Scottish landscape.

Inspired by the McCartney sisters’ love for Scotland, The Harmony Collection Amber Meadow pays homage to the Scottish countryside. The presentation boxes and labels are crafted from discarded meadow cuttings, embracing the sustainable use of natural materials.

Photography of The Macallan Estate by Mary McCartney adorns the packaging, highlighting the deep connection with the land. The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team drew inspiration from natural Scottish grasslands, utilizing sherry-seasoned oak and bourbon casks to create this unique single malt.

Steven Bremner, Whisky Maker, describes The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow as a single malt with warm meadows and mature barley fields, culminating in a rich, citrus-scented finish. The whisky boasts a 100% natural summer evening colour, derived from exceptional cask ageing.

On the nose, fresh citrus fruits and honeysuckle harmonize with hints of vanilla, coconut, and ripe barley fields. Tasting notes reveal prominent flavours of oak, lemon, melon, classic scone, almond, and green tea, leading to a rich and sweet long finish.
